What we do
DEGAS assists organizations who, by translating aviation insights to their own environment, wish to upgrade their learning capabilities. Upgrading is hard work and can only be done from inside the organization itself. However, a good understanding of the six elements that make it possible to grow a learning culture will help and some inspiration is necessary too.
As implementation can sometimes be rather difficult, we also developed the DEGAS-Circle, a famework that might be helpful.
